Solace sat down and reflected on the last five years.
Mind-blowing. He honestly felt like he could write a screenplay highlighting the highs and lows of those past five years and sell it, and have it made into a successful movie. But he was too lazy for that. Besides, there was so much else going on.
It had been nearly a month since his last trip to China. He knew he likely wouldn't be able to visit it so often from now on, unfortunately.
But there was other exciting things. Like the NewType Music website being launched. Thinking about that felt good. It had been years of planning and working hard to eventually get to where he and the others finally had a website and platform for their music and going-ons.
That, plus the launch of Ultimate Academy the previous month, made these last two months pretty pivotal times. The realization of dreams is such a surreal but visceral experience. I'll have to remember to write a song about it.
In other news, due to his somewhat irrational and obscure/esoteric beliefs, Solace decided to climb Mt. Bierstadt again to break himself in for the 14er season, to build up soul and aura strength, and to prepare for the Dragon Boat Festival, this July 28-29 at Sloan's Lake.
In any case, he hope the fans were as excited as he was.
