SOLACE ZETA
Solace Zeta is a top-notch lyricist for hip hop and other kinds vocally derived music. His style is purist, heavy in technical schemes and complexity, and often contains unusually vivid imagery and messages. His recipe seems to be one part dark-futuristic-sci-fi, the other part somewhat activist/visionary. He's also known as "the most advanced lyricist in Denver" in recognition of his dedication to sophisticated lyricism and artistic preference for aesthetic tastes and sensibilities. He has been continuously involved in both academia and local communities, whether in Colorado or China, since 2008.
EPIC VERTEX
Epic Vertex is a collaboration project, formed by Solace Zeta (MC/Lyricist) and combining forces to create “Indie electronic hip hop,” which "sounds like boom bap ate a computer chip covered in acid." A fantastic experiment of purist hip hop lyricism mixed with new age electronica, and next world production, Epic Vertex is as fresh and cool as a hyper-crystal cup of water melted off the ice from an intergalactic comet.
SNOW MONK
Snow Monk is a collaboration project formed in 2016, now consisting of four members, each an accomplished solo artist in their own right: Solace Zeta (MC/Lyricist), Drrty Pussie (MC/Violist/Songwriter), Frosty G (Percussionist/Drummer), and Thainy Spyce [pronounced "Tiny Spice"] (Singer/Songwriter).
THAINY SPYCE
Thainy Spyce (pronounced “Tiny Spice”) began her career as a classically trained singer and vocalist from a young age in her homeland of Thailand. Her singing group went on to perform at the opening ceremonies for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, in addition to other noteworthy performances, such as performing multiple times at the Colorado Dragon Boat Festival. As one of the foundational members of Snow Monk, she is still continuing her legacy in style and grace, showcasing how surprisingly powerful things can come in stylishly tiny, cute packages.
Drrty Pussie is a multi-talented individual with provocative and passionate displays of wiles, wit, humor, grimness, and occasionally blood-freezing seriousness. As an active performer, dancer, artist, craftswoman, strings musician, and founding member of Snow Monk, she turns heads and leaves lasting impressions wherever she goes. Intense, sincere, playful, provocative, and dangerous, all that and then some; this pussycat isn’t afraid to get her hands (and herself) dirty.
WRECKREATE
WRECKREATE is a collaboration project consisting of four primary members: 2funk2drunction (Keyboardist/Pianist), Frosty G (Percussionist/Drummer), Zonin’Jonesin (Bassist/Producer), and Solace Zeta (MC/Lyricist). Together, they create sublimely blended musical configurations, expressing rare emotional content and gratuitously welcomed extrapolations throughout their remarkable journeys into various forays from music for its own sake to exploring realities and consciousnesses. We wreck ignorance by creating understanding, hence Wreck/Create = Wreckreate.
ZONIN’ JONESIN
Zonin’ Jonesin has been around or directly involved in music for decades. A gifted musician, especially as a bassist, as well as a talented producer and DJ, Mr. Jonesin has carved out a nice reputation for himself in the Boulder and Denver music scenes, including being a long-time member of REIFY and WRECKREATE, in addition to other various bands and his solo projects.
